Mr. Mohammed A. Al Kharusi is currently the Group Chief Investment Officer of Mohsin Haider Darwish (MHD) LLC, He holds Board positions in various companies engaged in business sectors such as aviation, hospitality and tourism, oil and gas, manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceutical, contracting, financing and non-banking financial institution. He is also an active Board Member of the Oman Bahrain Friendship Association and Oman-Swiss Friendship Association.

He is a Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) from the American Academy of Financial Management and a Certified Investment Consultant. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, USA where he completed his Baccalaureate Degree in Management Information System/Business Management.

Mr. Rajesh Soman is a qualified Chartered Accountant, bringing over 25 years of regional and international experience to the table. His career spans a wide range of leadership roles across multiple sectors, where he has developed strong expertise in strategic planning, operations, and financial management—particularly within large regional and international entities and multi-national family-owned businesses.

Over the years, Mr. Soman has held C-suite positions across various industries and geographies, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving operational excellence and business growth. He currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Mohsin Haider Darwish (MHD) LLC, one of Oman’s most prominent and diversified family conglomerates with a significant presence across the Gulf region.
